Buzz in ear speaker piece

When I make phone calls, I hear a slight buzz every time a sound comes out. I get it when I talk to someone on the phone, listen in to my voicemail, anything. It doesn't seem necessarily like it's because it's a bad connection, but more so that there is some tiny part in the speaker that is shaking every time a sound comes out of it. Anyone else getting this? Should I complain?

I've actually had the same rob even listenin to music.... idk could be a a bad connection at the usb

When i would get incoming calls sometimes i would get like a muffled sound. I would hang up and call the person back then it would be fixed

i get a very noticeable background hiss.
