    04:00 PM - Battery at 69% - COD (going home !! yay)

This is my report for the day.
I woke up today at 7:00AM, and left on Wirless Network on. I did not have the second option on, the GPS, only the first one. Wifi was off this whole time as well. It sat in my pocket from 7:00 AM to 9:05 AM. When I first took it out after a little over two hours, i noticed the back of it being hot, I glanced at the battery and I saw that it was missing quite a abit. The first thing was checking the battery, I was shocked to see 75%, thats 25% in 2 hours with absolutely no use. I sent one text message, tried to open one browser, and played three rounds of PAC-Man. This happened from about 9:07AM to 9:12AM. Before locking the phone back up, I looked at the battery and it was 64%.
About the time I started writing this report, it was 9:20AM and I decided to take a quick look at the battery to see if the battery was going down fast or not. I received a text message at 9:47AM, I heard the sond, did not open the phone. At 10:05AM, I deicided to open the phone up checked the msg and replied back, at 10:06AM before locking it, checked battery it was still at 64%. At 11AM i opened it to check the msg, it was still at 64%, replied msg, checked battery and locked it back up. 15 minutes later, I did the same thing, checked txt msg and replied, checked battery and its still at 64%. Opened it back up at 11:39 to read my new msg, and respond, battery still at 64%. Message received at 11:45, responded back at 11:56, at 12:00 I plugged it in to charge it said "Charging 62%"

    ----------- AFTER 12 ------------

Plugged the phone up at 12pm to charge, unpluged it at 12:49, battery at 100%.
WEIRD!!!!! Right as im about to leave to go back to work, I check my phone to make sure wifi and 3g are off.. and i check battery it says 95%, im like OK, its been 4 minutes.. i check to see if they're off, when i check battery again, 94%.
Its 1:20PM, I have not sent a msg, nor called, no email absolutely nothing. Just came back from lunch (home) where I charged to 100%, and now its at 85% after approximately 30 minutes. WIFI & 3G are off.
Ok, so since lat update its still at 84%. its now 1:46, so its been 26 mins since last time I checked it, it stopped and its at 84%.
    10 min conversation phone test
Ok, so at 1:50, i called myself, 83%, I left it for 10 minutes (10:02 to be more exact). Hung out and checked out battery. I went to see how long the call was for sure (10:02), and right before I locked it I checked the battery again 82%. I'm starting to believe that either the batteries are screwed up or the phone does not read it correctly.
2:08 PM, ok so my friend just called me, I did not look at the battery, but he let me know something really quick, which was 23 seconds. When I finished talking to him, I checked the battery, and its 79%.
Checked the battery again at 2:39pm, it went down 1% since last time, it has been 31 minutes, had not touched the phone (no txt, no call, not anything).
    My Quick Break
So I went to relax for a few minutes.. what ended up being is connecting to WIFI, and watching 3 videos on youtube (all in all, about 10 minutes)... battery went down 7% in 10 mintues, at 3:21, i was at 70%.
So, I;m going home with battery at 69%.

    ------ CLOSE OF DAY ------

    ------------
    Incoming:
    1 text message at 9:07AM.
1 text message received at 9:47AM. (got the sound, did not open the phone).
1 text message received at 10:29AM. (did not open).
1 text message received at 11:02AM. (did not open).
1 text message received at 11:30AM.
1 text message received at 11:45AM.

    What I have learned:
Having just Wireless Network ON, the battery goes 25% per 2 hours. ( Thats 12.5% per hour ).
If you unplug your phone, and do not use it at all, AT ALL. Your battery should be finished in 8 hours.
Also, I went from 9:12 to 12 with 64% battery, received 6 txt's and sent 6. (no phone calls).
so with Wirless Network off, 12 txts, 3 hours, 3% battery.

    What T-Mobile says:

    Included battery: 1150 mAh Lion
Talk time: up to 5 hours
Standby time: up to 5 day

    ------- UPDATED -------
12:49pm - infos on battery after charge.
    1:20pm - battery went down 15% in 30 min.
1:46pm - checked to see if battery still drops this badly.
    2:00pm - finished the 10min phone test.
    2:08pm - quick call added.
    2:39pm - update.
    3:21pm - quick break.

    Cool Re: Battery Reports.

The last two days I have charged my phone to 100% the night before (not leaving it plugged in over night) WiFi and GPS are off. In the morning, I'm down in the 70's(%)

I think this has to do with the push gmail and gtalk features. They are constantly on. I hope they create a long-life battery. It would be a top-seller.

I don't think i'd make it to the end of work on one battery charge if I was using it often...

Yeah my battery pretty much sucks. I wish you could find out what percentage your battery is at without having to plug and unplug the charger.
