yep, i talked with CS extensively yesterday; the phones, those ordered before the Oct cutoff - will be shipped on Mon the 13th, and they are giving UPS the normal 5 business day time frame for shipping travel. So depending on where you are, you could get it as early as Fri. the 17. It never takes UPS the full time frame; now getting them to ring the bell and wait for an answer is another matter.

You know what? I'm about to call my old friend Chuck Norris again if I don't get it by the 22nd! can you just imagine.....hundreds of thousand of people in protest over a phone...haha ill be there! I hope everything that is being said is really just hearsay....something that I read on tmonews from a guy claiming to be a tmo manager or sorts stated that shipping was to start maybe around 13th..i think using 3-5.but we never know! just another damn rumor...this was posted only a few days ago...
