Aren't all headset adapters made the same?

for those that think they might miss out, don't worry. these are shoddy adapters and fall apart easily. plus it won't work with the htc headset/mic splitter due to the elbow getting in the way.

if you are going to get one of these, get either the "non-elbow" version or get a splitter that includes a headphone jack.
