Apps2sd help. Please

i have a MyTouch 3G 32B. and im running cyanogen mod i think 6.0.0. ive been trying for the past few days to get Apps2sd working. but i cant get anything to work. i use a 1 gig micro sd. can someone please show me step by step how to get it to work. All help is appreciated. Thank you in advance
