it might be their own version . in the description they stated its a modding company . they might have developed their own version . not everyone is open sourced with android . some ae out to make $$$$$

Looks like, according to the description, it is a modded version of the HTC Sense UI. If I had to guess, I would say it would be similar to JAC's or Twisted's Hero ROM with apps to SD out of the box:

Unlocked Black G1 running Hero/Sense UI/Rosie/Touch Flo New Condition,
- New G1 running Hero/Sense UI/Rosie/Touch Flo from phone hero(New phone from HTC). Opened only by modding company
- Install infinite applications(Normal G1 it is limited to 50 MB).

- has many more features
You get a lot of hero stuff you would not find in normal G1. Has everything special in it
