i do all my cover art in itunes... there is now way to change it on the device...
I installed it the other day thanks to help form hotweiss, it's a great UI very fast and fluid to use. Really like the UI and all the stock widgets as well as thew multi touch, everything seems to work great, even bluetooth. But I can't seem to install or find a place to change/add cover art to the music player. Anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks.

I've tried to place the cover art (resized and named) in the album folders but it still does not detect them. It works fine in RockOn but the stock music player for some reason ignores the thumbnails that I load in. Can you tell me what extention it should have (mine are jpeg)? Does it have to have a specifice name, i've just been naming as the Album. Thanks

try using a program called tag scanner or media monkey to find album art that is missing

Using this one. http://howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1545533
I have it connecting and working fine with my 2009 Lancer, pair of Sony DR-BT10CX head phones and a Jabra BT2040 headset. It pairs fine with my Nokis N800 but it does not connect (transfer data) since it's basically a computer.

when you tag an mp3 file using these programs it installs (embeds) the album art in every single song instead of having a seperate image

Windows: http://www.mp3tag.de/
Linux: http://easytag.sourceforge.net/
Both of these can "inject" or "embed" album art into the mp3 file with ease, like the G1 stock app calls for.
