power off . power on holding the home and power buttons together . when you see the exclaimation point ptress alt+L , then press alt+w to wipe . then reboot . try that , see if it helps
My ADP1 device is not getting started normally. It is just showing the
boot image and goes to a "hang state". It is remaining as such for ever and I have to take the battery out for restarting
I tried to flash it, but I'm getting errors:
fastboot update signed-dream_devphone-img-116222.zip ota-
radio-1_22_12_29.zip [-w]
archive does not contain 'boot.sig'
archive does not contain 'recovery.sig'
archive does not contain 'system.sig'
But when i issue
fastboot devices
HT846GZ39410 fastboot
which means that it is detecting the device,
I also tried by reinstalling the driver, but that too failed.
Please help me in fixing this.
Advance thanks

dear simms22 thanks for the message .
I tried that already, but it didn't fix. Also, tried by taking out the sd card. That also failed!
try putting an update.zip of a different rom on your sd card and flash that rom . in the recovery its alt+s .
try this one , cyan 4.0.1

and the thread to it...

i will try that and let you know the results soon. i hope this will works for the official ADP 1 supplied by Google.
anyway, thanks for the information.
I will update you soon
it will work for an adp phone . after you get this to work , i suggest you install cyanogens recovery 1.4 . it will make saving your phone much easier , you can make a nandroid backup/restore direstly from the phone , you can apply any zip file from your sd ( no need to rename anymore) ,AND you can partition your sd card straight from the console in recovery ! heres a link...

and you could use to update your radio .....
http://www.htc.com/www/support/android/adp.html#s3
all this after we get your phone working again
or , there is that option of calling htc and getting a replacement . start here for that ....
