    Default Wifi Problems

My rooted G1 running Cyanogen 4.2.14 is having trouble connecting to my home and work wifi networks. It occasionally automatically connects at home, but I can't get it to connect at all at work. Both are cheapo Netgears, WPA2. It used to connect to both no problem.

I've tried deleting and setting up the work connection fresh, rebooting, etc. It sees the network, but can't connect. It's frustrating, because there's no 3G in my office. The router is ON MY DESK, so it's particularly annoying to have a slow connection on my phone here!

Any suggestions? Links to previous threads which I couldn't find?

I'll try a wipe and reinstall the latest ROM.

What happens? Nothing! Go to wifi settings and the network is there, but not connected. Click on the network name to connect, and nothing... sometimes. Sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't.

Try and restart your router and see if that helps.

Using CM Updater, recently updated to 4.2.15, fine now, even though that doesn't wipe (does it??).
