    Default why move apps to ext2? caches to fat32?


    I was just moving my apps and caches to my sdcard and I noticed that they are moved to different partitions. Is there a reason why the apps are moved to the ext2 partition and the caches are moved to the fat32 partition?

    You can put both on the EXT2 partition of your sdcard. Look for birdman's easy move scripts. He has both. The apps go to the EXT2 partition so you phone can read the files. Caches just go to either to be dumped there.

    doesnt really matter. you can do either one. the phone will still rread it =)
