    ums_enable works well. you can also open a command prompt and enable it from there as well by typing ums_enable once in recovery mode.

    so then it IS what i think it is. access to your memory card in case you dont have a card reader....or for whatever reason

    correct konzern. i entered ums_enable in command prompt and got the popup window showing new drive detected. just another reason for me to forget about this...

    haha my thoughts exactly!!! these new comers to root got it easy now! i remember when you had to do scripts for whatever you wanted apps2sd, nandroid, caches

    Simply awesome. I do Nandroid backups all the time, but never restore so now this gives me an excuse to try more.

    Man I thought hacking the Iphone was easy this is getting to the point that its going to be super easy in a year.

    yeah apps2sd is removed, but common was it really necessary? i mean most roms do it for you and/or theres the app for that

    so for nandroid now i can just do it from the recovery menu right? (i have never actually done a nandroid backup so im not sure how it works...)
