Default Text to speech for Android

So it appears that Android has an application in the Android Market entitled Text-to-speech. This is fantastic for people who are driving or simply do not have a chance to look away from there work.

    Open platform.

If you think it, they will develop it, and we will come

It has been only 9 days and Google News page has not stopped having at least one article from the known news company discussing G1 and some of them iPhone comparisons.
It will be big... bigger than anyone ever thought and expected. Why - well Google is not afraid to share their products with its customers on every possible elementary segment. That way it grows not only from the ideas of the engineers but consumers as well. Well, I consider myself as not consumer but Google Fan FTW
Anyway, speech to text is something I would love to see on G1.

Im assuming text-to-speech is exactly what it means, wouldn't speech to text make more sense? Since you can't type one handed on the g1?????
