Sound Manager App

Sorry if this Exists. I have been unable to find it. What I propose is an App that is an all in one Sound manager. It would have the basic functions like changing ringtones for calls, emails, etc. But it would also be able to allow you to assign sounds for things like when you lock/unlock the screen, boot/shut down, incorrect pattern, opening app tray, etc. My guess is it would be a very good challenge to get the phone to do this, maybe even it would have to be an os tweak. Like in a JF or similar scenario update.

I just thought it would be awesome if when I put in my pattern the Portal turret said "activated" or even if the phone was swiped, like moved really fast you could hear the little guy go whee, or scream, whichever, lol.

Lol activated. Reminds me of that talking car from the 90's television show. Personally I'm not that crazy about the sounds but it doesn't sound like it would be hard working off a build from someone but personally I'm no where near being a Dev.

Recently I've been trying to get my volume louder on the hero theme but I tried once today and failed, give it another go tomorrow.

I don't think it exists either, however the closest thing that comes to this as a sound manager is Toggle Settings, it has the Volume control for everything, I dont know how difficult it would be for a dev to make an app like this but thats kinda the closest thing there is to what you seemed to speak of..
