Well what im going to do if find the pixel's length and width. and create a custom background, i can just add round shadow's over there i know my things on my desktop are, and of course colors and the words i want in the empty spaces and hopefully it looks nice.

So far, i think thats as close as its going to get, and the easiest way that everyone can do.
