Hello
I just finished installing SDK, Eclipes, JDK, et. al to start developing apps.
I am having strange problem.
When I attempt to install packages, I am getting the following error:

Any idea on what I have done incorrectly?
I followed the directions to install to the letter.
I feel I missed something.
This happens with any packages that I attempt to install after the initial run of the program.
I searched around the net and forums but could not find an answer that worked.
