SDK applications

I installed the SDK file for windows and the only applications that are working are the emulator and the sqlite3. When I double-click on the other applications something pops up for a split second than disappears. Does anybody know how to fix this. Thanks

Those are not applications in the way you are thinking. They're executable commands for performing specific tasks. They don't have GUIs and such. You run them from command lines with arguments and flags and all that fun stuff. If you don't know what I mean by that, they probably won't be of much use to you.
