Rooted G1 and Missed Call App

Anyone with a rooted phone (running the JF RC30) with the Missed Call app having problems with it wanting to force close at startup?

I've tried an uninstall and re-install with no luck. The app works if I start it manually. It just doesn't seem to like starting at reboot.

Anyone else having this issue?

works fine for me, but sometimes my light will start blinking for no apparent reason, easy fix though just open up contacts and go to recent calls and it stops blinking

I think the random blinking is to show that services have killed/rebooted... It has some type of description in the "about" section. Dropping the drop-down menu cures it for me.

I know they said a recent update was supposed to fix the "Force Close" issue, but I'm still having that every time I restart my phone.

It seemed to clear up for me after I upgraded from JF 1.3 to 1.4.

I had the same issue with that and another app, neither of which I really used often so my solution (uninstall) was easy enough. I'm pretty sure that Missed Call was also slowing my phone down pretty much 24/7 since I was experiencing massive lag (minute or two wait before icons would show up) until I uninstalled it.

I think there was an update for missed call today, but Im not updating. trying to save my installed apps for now
