Hello and good day

I recently purchased an HTC Incredible S for bell mobility in Canada. The former owner had a ROM mess up and installed cyanogen mod and deleted the original RUU/Radio. I stumbled across HTC Android Phone Rom Update Utility 1.0.3.2011 now if i run this program on my pc following all the instructions with this replace the cyanogen mod with the stock bell rom? any help with this would be amazing. i dont have the need for a modded rom or a rooted phone and BELL and HTC will not give me any customer support due to the warranty is void. Thank you in advance. hope to read some replies to help me
