You need A2SD to flash this right

No you don't need apps2sd to flash it, but if your card is partioned it will put them on your ext 2/3/4 partion automatically. You can partion your card through Cyans recovery image.

anyone else get occasional audio lockups that need a reboot to fix with 4.01, mainly it when i'm listening to podcasts in beyondpod and a notification comes in, player says it's playing but no audio unless i reboot.

back to 3.9.11.2 i go...

K thanks. I know you didn't need need A2SD on previous ROMs but the OP says that the new ROMs require a card with 2 partitions. Someone should fix that.

1 partition of it being fat 32. And 2 of it being ext2/3/4

You only need 2 partitions if you want apps2sd.

* Apps2SD is automatic! All you need is a second partition (ext).

just need a partition of any kind(2,3,4) on your sd , aand apps will automatically be put on there

Lol yea guys I KNOW that if you have two partitions the ROM will put A2SD for you, but I'm saying that you dont NEED two partitions to flash the ROM while the OP says you do.
