    Default Process for updating cyanogen


    I've yet to upgrade my cyanogen after the whole google mess. I just wantes to know how to go about it now.

    You will also want to investigate this option....basically it's Cyanogen's code with the taboo Google apps included. Simple 1-step upgrade the way it used to be, except Google will have to issue a C&D letter to another person. May be the best option for those squeamish about the two-step process.

    And for the record, I'm still on Cyanogen 4.0.4 until he releases 4.2 official.

    And for the record, I'm still on Cyanogen 4.0.4 until he releases 4.2 official.
    A couple of us have tried that and I wiped first and still to many fc's had to nandroid back to 4.1.999. As long as you make a nandroid it's worth a try.
