Phone Trouble.

so i tried installing a new theme (Vintage War) on my phone and it hung after the tmo G1 screen.

i then turned it off then did a wipe and tried booting again. now it hangs at the tmo g1 screen.

does any1 no i way i can get my phone working again? is there a way to connect my usb cable to get to my sd card?

Go get yourself a bootloader (SPL)
There are adapters for the SD - USB.

I keep the JF-1.41 RC-30 as update.zip on my sd card out of pure laziness. Saved me once and ever since left it there.

Dunno what to say other than find a way to get a RC-XX into your SD card and load it up.

and wouldnt i have to keep an update for 1.41 on the root of my sd card?

isnt that the exact same place i have to save the theme?

Bootloader is like the other thing that boots other than Android.
- Its like pressing F10 or ESC on your computer when you turn it on to get into the system configurations.

Bootloader and Android OS are not related... if that makes sense. Two different things. I think.

yes i am rooted.... was rooted... idk now...

Just read through thoroughly.

In the end, they tell this other user to wipe his phone( or back it up) and reload a working version of RC-##

lol yes i guess... im just going to stay away from themes for now...

Glad you got your phone working. It's important to make sure the Theme is compatible with rc30 version you have on your phone.

i asked the guy who made it and he said it was.... but he messaged me later and said that i needed to reflash jf 1.41 and THEN apply the theme...
