NEW APP suggestion

hi while i was on my way home taking bus, something came to my mind. My sis who always misses her bus stop suddenly came to my mind when i was setting up an alarm for tmr, this app came to my mind. By the way im not a developer. im just a student. can anyone make a alarm where you use gps to wake you up when u are near the location. hope this app can be developed so that stduent who wakes up early to take the bus and go to school will not miss there bus while sleeping. Some people like my sis does not really wake up well even there is a loud alarm, we can use ring tone that says Please wake me up!!! I hope someone can make this happen. thanks!!!
