need help to start with

hello id like to start coding a program where a deaf user can call by using an ip relay service. the question is where do i start at? any1 wanna help me out?

btw i am deaf.

well if you get the sdk up and running and you have a knowledge of java (and programming in general) you'll be off and running.

i have it installed but i cant get it open... and no i have no knowledge of java. i havent coded it since i was in high school (10 years ago).

ugh i tried to find a way to download eclipse but i cant. am i missing something?

what system are you running (windows, linux, mac?)


and hopefully some helpful developer will step in soon because once we get to installing the sdk I will be of no help. i am no developer.
