Need Help

Okay, i finally am rooted. i was going to download a rom. i decided to take KiNgxKxROM Sense Hybrid v2.1. I went to recovery, wiped and then started installing. when it was copying files it aborted. i tried it again but when i rebooted it after the g1 screen it went black it didnt change. so i decided to do the cyanogen mod. I took the battery off. i tried it again wiping first but instead it got stuck at the g1 screen.
Anybody know any solutions? Thanks in asvance

Did you install the htc 1.6 before installing cm ? Which cm rom did you try updating to ?

i tried updating to 4.2.2 and no i dont have 1.6 or cupcake

You don't read directions or pay attention or something . In order to flash the latest cyan roms , you need to flash htc's adp1.6 than cyans rom on top of it then reboot . Go read cyans thread , first post . Pay attention to what you read !

Also one thing to remember anytime going from a hero rom you need to wipe your ext partition. But if you don't want to follow cyanogens directions there is an alternate build to cyanogens rom on xda for a one flash method, where they built cyanogens rom and the recovery all in one so all you need to do is flash the .zip one time and thats it. It's fool proof.
