Rooted phones tend to reboot like that.
Wipe and flash again.
Probably will fix.
My mytouch 3g is rooted and has the latest cynogen ROM installed on it. I was listening to music and going on Imusic to start downloading songs. (I'm connected to my Wifi) I started to download a few songs. All of a sudden my phone freezes and reboots. I killed all other tasks besides those two and tried it again and it still won't work. Can my phone just not handle it? (Happens when trying to browse internet with music or pandora as well)

It didn't work. I completely wiped it and reinstalled the ROM and it does the same as before. and it doesn't always shut off. Sometimes pandora or my music will just stop.

I was having the same problems with 4.2.9. The problems seem to be less severe on 4.2.8.1 so far.
Nexus One - ROM Manager, CM7, 16GB class 6 Micro SD | Nook Color - CM7, 1.2GHz overclock kernel, 16GB class 10 Micro SD
K, I will try downgrading in a little bit and let you know how it works.
Edit: I downgraded to 4.2.8 and it has solved the problem. Thanks!
