Migrating from old SD to new

Hey everyone. I think this may be a newb questions but bear with me...

Right now I'm running cyanogen v3.9 and thus have all my apps on SD.

Is there an easy way to migrate the data on the ext2 partition to my new card once I partition it properly? Is this just a matter of finding a program that will let me view the ext2 partition and then copying the files manually?

Simply put, yet. Search for my posts on XDA and you should find my post there that is nearly a script to do it from a gpartd boot CD and 2 card readers. I used one built into my laptop and one I use on my Mac Mini to copy the files. Easy.
