All those options in sweeterhome should be compiled into a PC app that can export skins, because skinning on the phone doesn't work that well.
OK, so in Sweeter you need to understand (and I only kind of do) how the icons sit on the screen. The icons sit in a "cell". This means it's not good enough to just adjust the iconSize. You need to make sure the cell is big enough for the icon to fit into it.
So you need to adjust the cellHeight, cellWidth and iconSize to get big fat icons. Remember that cellHeight must also account for the label (text) height.
All this is held in the iconStyle configuration for a tray.
