I don't know.. I'm rocking JF 1.5 though.. haven't had any issues with.. although I'm just a n00b who was too impatient to wait for cupcake to get a virtual keyboard.
I haven't been paying close attention to the various hacked-together builds, waiting for 1.5 to be released. I expected that I would be able to find a thread listing the differences between each. Vexingly, I have not. (If it's there and I've failed to find it, my apologies.)
So what are the differences, in terms of features and stability, between JF ADP1.5 versus The Dude's Cupcake versus Haykuro's various builds? Do ADP builds still lack Latitude and the ability to install paid apps?
Which are you using, and why?

can you use JF1.5 ADP1 on the G1 phone. or must in be a Dev phone?
thanks
Someone with the knowledge should make a post of the differences and similarities between the 3 builds it would be very useful in helping people make a choice as to which one in particular fits their needs if they rooted or have decided to root, thank you.
I'd be one to jump on JF AFTER he mods the official OFFICIAL G1 build from T-Mobile. However if Haykuro & The Dude also mods the official T-Mobile OTA build, that'll complicate things pretty nicely XD
Spring is upon us! Woo hoo!!
I'm using jf's adp1.5 build on my tmobile g1 . Now my phone says that its an android developers phone 1 nowfrom what I have read , jf's is the most stable build . There is actually a lot out there about the differences . The adp version has access to free and paid apps now and the is a free latitude app and is enabled on the phone . I got my phone oct 20th and didn't root it until last week . I should have done it earlier but was affraid of bricking the phone . Its worth it ! The jf version has cupcake and more like multi touch in the browser . Do a search on google also , there are other websites that I won't list here that explain the differences . BUT this is the best site

I'm running JF's 1.5, very pleased with it. It is fast and reliable. However, I miss the PDF support, and I really want Exchange support. It would also be nice with a digital zoom for the camera.
I've read some stuff on The Dudes new version http://code.google.com/p/thedudescupcake/downloads/list . It's very interesting stuff! He has set up the build so that its now much easier to get apps on the sdcard. The build supports PDF files, and has 5 home screens, pluss some other stuff that I dont remember. Mind you, I have not tried it myself, but from what I've read its really good. However, he is working on a better version as we speak, and I'm guessing he will release it within very few days. I am definately considering moving to The Dudes version.
Anyone else? I've been looking around for a thread like this for a while. For some reason, most of these threads get shut down after people b*itch about their existence for a couple posts.
I'm on the dude's latest 1.1 and it's cool. Has to do a fiar amount of tinkering to get things running more smoothly, however. One of the devs on xda told me he thought haykuro's was the snappiest, but the dude's best supports appstosd. The dude's has jf's spare parts which is pretty nifty but I think I may notice some browser wonkiness. It's hard to tell.
More discussion please!
To answer some of the OP's questions:
I'm on JF's 1.5 build. I can access and download any paid and protected apps on the marketplace, just as any non-ADP builds can. I can also use latitude with the Latitude Enabler app in the market.
I'm sorry to say I haven't tried either The Dude's or Haykuro's builds yet, although I'm tempted. So far, JF's builds have been quite stable, and I'd prefer stability to the mass of features that The Dude and Haykuro's builds include. Though one day they may interest me enough to overcome my fear of instability and try them.
