damn. i havent been checkin up here on the good ol android community forums lately. by lately...i mean a few months. my JS android 1.5 rom is still doing me good. no problems. but now i see all kinds of new sweetness available for the g1. i have a few questions...

what in the blue hell is this cyan update that has infected the forums? from what i've read...its a supercharged build of cupcake? i may go through the head ache of tryin to install if i think its worth it.

i also have seen a new maps update with voice nav. hellz yes. i've seen a bunch of directions to install to cyan roms, any1 do it with the old js 1.5 build? i think its 2.6.27 (atleast thats what kernel version i have.)

any hlep would be appreciated. also, if theres anything else new and crazy the g1 can do, please inform. wheres my flash?!

It's one of the fastest and best roms going now. The instructions to upgrade are in this link.

Ha. Awesome. Though my phone is already running at 512 from overclocking... I'm interested in the better browser and better overall functionality. That list of goodies sounds nice, even if I dunno what half of em mean. Lmao. Plus.. it looks hella easy to do apps2sd. That has been a long, unwinable process I still hope to accomplish. Plus, doesn't look hard to install either, considering I'm rooted.

Ill probably try it out tomorrow.

Oh guys, thanks for not flaming. As I said.... its been a while...
