If you owe money & change plan..
I owe some money on my bill so I decided that I am going to downgrade my plan since I don't use that much minutes anyway. And it will help me pay off my bill.
Well, it turns out that once you downgrade your plan, you have to pay the full amount of your bill. I guess I should have left it as it is so they won't keep calling me about paying my bill in full. So just keep that in mind if you decided to do it.
