I want to know how to install these Custom themes

I had G1 since the release and i want to now change the theme.
right now im on version 1.5 build numer CRB43
I just Downloaded the aero theme, how do i install it? can someone send me a link on how to install the custom theme THX.

is your phone rooted ?

if its rooted rename it update.zip, then power the phone off, when turning it on hold down power+home until the utility screen apears, then hit alt-s wait for it to update then you are done!
