how to make power manager run in the background

man how do you keep the power manager app running in the background, it seems to never be running, eveytime my battery gets low i go to the power manager app, and i always seem to have to start it up.

If you have the latest version, just make sure that "Monitor" is selected. (The light next to the box will turn red if it's enabled.) Then exit out of it by hitting the Home button. It should always be running at that point.

If it's not working correctly for you, maybe uninstall and install fresh?
