how to load roms on g1

i just got my g1 and just finish rooting it can anyone tell me how to load roms on to it

Same way you rooted. Name the ROM update.zip and place to root of your SD card. Boot up while holding the HOME key and press "alt+s" to apply the update.zip file.

Same way you flash a rom, download the one you like, flash it.

im guessing the one click root app ?
do you go swimming before you learn to swim ? you should have researched what you were doing before you did it , not after .
why did you root your phone if you dont know anything about it ?
anyways , the answer is all over this site . here , i searched " how do i update my rom . the answer is here , i checked . you just need to do some reading....
