it will be much easier now , after the initial rooting .
rename the rom(whichever you choose) to update , put it on the main part of your sd card , power off the phone , power on pressing the home and power buttons together , alt+L ,alt+s to update , reboot . thats it . if you run into a problem loading back up(stuck on android screen) , power off , home and power buttons together , alt+L , alt+w(to wipe) , alt+s , reboot .
personally , i stay with the latest cyan roms whatever it may be , stable or experimental . im on cyan 4.1.11.1 right now , and hopefully 4.1.12 tonight
