I always hated going to the JavaOne conferences and all that. It's more marketing speak then learning.

How do you upskill on Android?
All my developers hate to be sent on training - the prefer online. Is that the case for everybody?? What are the best training resources?

In my experience, classes are only good for a paid vacation. Learning is what I do on my own with google and an IDE.
