I'm no expert, but, I ended up changing my SD card when I upgraded to Cyan 4.1.9999. And I did end up reinstalling my apps. It actually made my phone run a lot smoother.
I just upgraded my Micro SD card, but I have apps2sd, which means my apps are on the ext2 partition. How do I copy them over to my new Micro SD card? Do I have to re-install them all?

make a backup of your old sd onto your computer , make sure it has a nandroid backup on it . copy everything onto your new PARTITIONED sd . stick it into your phone , go into recovery , and do a nandroid restore . run the fix filesystems in recovery , fix permissions , and reboot . (possibly only with cyans roms since they do apps2sd for you)
there is an application called Backup for root users ... install it first and backup what u want then open up the sdcard and copy the backup for root folder to ur computer after changing the sdcard copy the backup for root folder to your new sdcard and restore ur backup from the same application... that is what i did when i repartitioned me sdcard and it is working very well![]()
