There are so many deal alerts services in the web which are very helpful for shopping.

Do you know any available Android apps can do the same thing?

Shopsavvy will sorta do it as long as you pick the item out a head of time and set a threshold on price. I"m guessing you would have to fire the app up now and then so it could run and check.

A generic there are some good deals app would be kinda cool as long as you could filter or disable the alerts to keep it from driving you batty.

And if you search 'deal' in the market a few other things showed up but they do not look all that great.
