Noticeable difference: Camera zoom (digital obviously), video recording, touch screen keyboard, music widget, new animations when autorotating (similar to iphone), new boot screens and menu settings. Pretty cool. Exchange support too.

how good/bad is the video recorder quality. would it be possible for anyone to record a short clip and upload it?

i'm gonna try and be patient and wait for most of the bugs to be squashed or who knows i may lose and try it out of boredom later.. lol.

i guess there isnt a way of determining that other than being able to access the jf recovery utility since we dont have terminal

still have console. Open it. press enter, type reboot. press enter again. Phone reboots , Therefore root access stilll avaialable.

A couple of issues.

The browser doesn't autorotate. When u open the keyboard it rotates, but then when u close it, screen stays in landscape mode.

The fonts are kinda weird too.

Browser scrolling is much faster than 1.1. Great job by google there!

New zoom buttons in the browser, not the circle zoom, but still better than 1.1.
