does anyone know how to create an enable/disable gps icon for the home screen? i'd love to save battery life and have easy access to turning gps on.

clever.
i spent an hour with anycut trying to do it directly, rather than just go with the handgrenade approach. close is good enought for now, but i would still prefer a one tap option on my home screen to turn it on and off
i'm not the first person to explain this...there were a ton of threads before, i'm just re-stating what i was told and have used happily
there is now a toggle gps app in the market. Download it and make a shortcut to it and it does toggles without having to go to the settings screen. One less click I guess.
