Still not going past the g1 screen. what was the link for the file that doesnt need the recovery img?

flash the rooted base, dont do the expansion pack yet, the problem may be your sd is not formatted.

once you get rooted, backup your sd card because your gonna make it into 3 partitions

Finally, success, good job, now back up your sd card we bout to partition it now, all the new roms use 3 partitions.
