Downloading rc29 ON my g1?

I need help. I want to root my g1 so I can use it as a tether but I can't download the rc29 downgrade on my g1. Is there a website where I can download rc29 without getting an error message?
Just to clarify, I do have a laptop I can use I just don't have internet access on it.

Update: I figured it out. About 2 in the morning I opened the d/l link in steel and voila.
