Maybe you have to turn it on somewhere in the settings? I had to do that for the keyboard in Cupcake...
Cyanogen's build (a modified JF rom), is supposed to have multitouch (according to the big list at xda forums), but I just loaded it and I don't have it. Any thoughts? Thanks

On JF's site, there's the quick fix for the multitouch...
Yeah, you have to go into terminal emulator and theres a short script to run that fixes the issue.
Anyways, are you using the adp build? How do you like it? Is everything working fine for you? I know a few people complained about the picture and video gallery, video playback, and the VK.
it was updated a couple of hours ago , i have been using it since . its extremely fast and smooth ! everything works ( including network locations ) plus morethe wireless tether for root user app works so well with this rom that it feels like its native to the g1

I'm waiting for him to put in a 5 screen launcher before I try it out, but it looks good. The EXT3 partition has me a bit concerned it may be a pain to move from one build to another, guess I just have to put in a Linux partition.
all my apps are still on my phone , so that didnt/doesnt worry me .
there is something to his builds , they just feel "natural" to the g1 . and this one is special !
I actually had this on my sd card, ready to flash, when I saw Ion over at XDA, flashed that and never looked back. He still has 3.3.3 listed as experimental, once it moves to stable, I think I'll try it out, he keeps saying his build is as fast as Ion. Not sure about that, but we'll see.
1. moving from haykuros rom will someone have to redo the ext2 partition, or reinstall the apps to get the apps2sd to work ??
2. how is the ion rom working... was gonna try it but had been using adp for a while and its basically the same visually from what others have said ( same as cupcake ) jut faster..
it feels as stable a my g1 oct 20th , if not more . because it is feels smoother then ever
thats funny , i have the ion rom on my sd card ! i was getting ready to flash it when i started reading about cyanogens 3.3.2 , i already had v3.2 . just as i decided to update to v3.3.2 , v3.3.3 was posted . the rest is history ....
