Cyan 3.6, No Apps2SD, Can't download apps

I wasn't able to find this info when I first went to this rom, maybe it's available but I just couldn't find it, but I didn't know how this rom would work if I didn't go with the apps2SD feature of it. So I did it anyway to see how it would work.

I had no problems with it at all until I went to download apps from the market, upgrades work fine, but downloading a new app gets me the "Download unsuccessfull" message every time.

My question is, is this a known issue and I'm just retarded for not finding it? Or is this something that is maybe cause by my not wiping and just going directly from JF 1.51adp? I read that it was ok to do that, but ya never know.

I have been on cyanogens roms for a while now , no apps2sd . I have never had a problem with the market . Try doing a wipe , it will probably help . Also , install cyanogens recovery image . After you wipe or reinstasll the rom , on cyanogens recovery image press repair filesystems . That also might help .

Ps . Its not a known issue and you are not retarded . It happens to all of us

Ok, so I went ahead and used Cyans 1.3.1 recovery console and partitioned my sd card and did apps2sd, and this seems to have fixed my problem. I can download from the market again. WOOHOO.

I'm sorry, but people who don't mod their phones, don't get root, and just use it as a basic phone, just aren't having enough fun with it. At least not as far as I am concerned.

if youre rooted and have a terminal emulator, type su(press enter) then type fix_permissions(press enter).
