rom flashed fine now flashing hero theme. been on htc hero theme for a few mins. ... soon as i posted that it booted every thing looks like normal.

Just a slight question.
If i update to 3.4.6 will I have to format my ext2 partition . I let the built in app2sd do all the work for me . I also really dont mind reinstalling apps from scratch but if i can avoid it id like to .

i think you are asking if you should format your sd card first. yes format it to ext2 and the rom will move all your apps for you.

well since I didnt actually have access to a linux live disk ... I used sdsplit to partition the sdcard. I'm not sure if i can use that method again without borking something up.

i think there is a program called pargon or something. some one please chime in and give the correct name please. i cant even remember how i did mine.

I currently have The Dude v1.3 RC1 but I'm really sick of this rom because my phone keeps rebooting by itself and its a fresh replacement phone. My question is, if i want to use this rom, is it a must for me to wipe? (id like to avoid it if possible) and also i already partitioned my sd card using paragon, do i have to format and repartition? (avoid this too if possible)
