Craigslist Trigger app

Ok I am about to (finally) start on this app and I need some community feedback. Originally I had planned the following.

Ability to choose region of interest - Upper Mongolia
Basic search functionality - Penis Pumps

And a list is returned of items.

Additionally you could set a trigger search

"Green datsun 180b"

And the app would poll at an interval of your choice and alert you if an item was found above and beyond the last time it searched.

Does this sound about right? Do you want more? Are there other sites I should incorporate? Is this app even worth coding, perhaps someone else has already done this better. Why do i sometimes think I am a raddish?

1. Integrated way to easily email the seller
2. Pic preview (if available)
3. Similar items (fuzzy logic results (???) I dunno.
4. more than just searching items; events, gigs, jobs, casual encouners (!!!)etc...

Well, it serves the community better to have more search options as opposed to less.

Maybe there needs to be a checklist that you can toggle where you want the search string to run?

Obviously you would be able to narrow your search - sorry probably should have mentioned that there will be dropdowns same as regular Clist search

I would enjoy this app. i just set up a folder of CG shortcuts last night actually.

as long as the pics are viewable and you can respond to the add easily, i think this would be a great app.

Ok I need 1 beta tester, preferably someone who is an insane craigslister. I am going to take Day as he seems a little obsessed with the site, which for a beta tester is a good thing. 1 More - first email to pea****73@gmail.com gets it.
