Control Android from Win/Linux

Hi,
I'm disable (tetraplegic due to ALS) and i'm looking for an app such a "VNC Server" to remotely control my Hero via USB or BlueTooth.
This would help me very much
I need to:
- send phone calls /SMS
- Activate speakers
- use anything with a single mouse click
