Cant Make Any Phone Calls or Recieve???

Just the other day, I rooted my phone and it went well. Than i upgraded to a new cupcake build. jf 1.51. I then downloaded a theme that supposedly be for jf 1.51v. I followed the way to install a theme. The theme didn't work, and my Clock widget was missing. It just wasn't there. So I tried another theme and this time, the phone wasn't getting past the android boot screen. So i reflashed the jf 1.51v. Everything was fine, but i could make any phone calls or receive none. I'm thinking because i might have to redo the radio flash again.

Wipe and flash again, you probably installed JF 1.51 US, and flashed a theme for 1.51 ADP.
