im running it works amazing!

just twitter / widget doesn't work but 3rd party apps covers that.

I tried a bunch of Hero ROMs and I love them but I can't stand the lag. Getting to the Home screen takes forever on most. Also i recently bought a nice pair of Bluetooth headphones and I can't use them to to listen to music on my phone. But overall I love it. Especially the UI, the HTC widgets and the mail app!

yeah im running it right now and its smooth as hell.

just make sure you do the following

- download an overclock app and set high to 528 and min 128
- download advance task manager to end all process on boot to make it run faster
- download the optimize.sh script over at xda and run it after you install all the apps you need
- remove unwanted widgets / apps to make it run smoother

basically thats it.

1.8 sucks and 1.62 has working LED so im enjoying it, 1.72 removes the LED and some other stuff not sure what changed i didnt flash that one.

dont flash 1.71, .72, or 1.8 ive had big problems with a2sd.. sent me in a cpl bootloops, and a stuck g1 screen. i got 1.8 to start by not copying existing apps in a2sd but then the camera was gone, a long with terminal and no working market. im gonna give it one more shot if not back to 1.65

Step 2 - APPS2SD

Configure you SDcard per Marcus's APPS2SD tutorial and boot,use the included .apk to move everything just like 1.4

What does it mean by this? After I do Apps2SD and move everything over to the SD card, I don't understand what this step means.

lazy do it!! i just ugraded cyan 3.4.4 and it's amazingly fast! man i looove it. led's working auto-rotate everywhere, 2 vk's, STABILITY, plus i got the hero theme installed so im not too far from hero man i loove it its great.. this will be stuck on my phone for a looong time, until someting great happens in hero ( which i doubt, probably best will happen are fixes)

yea im on cyannogen's latest build... i like it alot and will probably stick with it for while as well...
