Best App for sync'ing HTC Hero with Outlook

I'm looking for an app that works especially with contacts. I am using HTC sync and have old contacts that Sprint put into my phone from my SIM card. But when I sync'd my phone with my laptop the contacts on the phone didn't transfer to my laptop. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a better app for doing this?

I did this the other day all i had to do was install the htc sync software and go into the settings and set it up. Then sync that bad boy.......... bing your done.

I am having a few teething probs though, i sync my phone with my work pc and my home laptop but it syncs ok on my work pc but when i bring it home and sync wiv the laptop it puts the old stuff from my laptop onto the phone........ annoying ....... anyone got any ideas on that one?
