App Idea: 360 Camera

Anyone know how hard it would be do develop an app that would use the accelerometer and the camera to let us take a series of images and then knit them together and view them 360 like street view?

well with shutter speed you can change time the aperature is open while taking pics, thats about as close as your gonna get

Microsoft made something like that where you take multiple pictures and the program combines them...
it's called PhotoSynth

Thanks for the link - that's the idea only much simpler - the user would just take a series of say 8 overlapping photos in circle and the software would recognize where they overlap and make it 360 and view it like streetview - seems like all the hardware is there and the software seems possible (easy for me to say - I couldn't code my way out of a wet paper bag - or something like that)
